You can determine the views VIZ displays of your objects, if desired. VIZ will let you display standard views as well as perspective shaded views. Controls for zooming and panning appear in the lower-right corner of the screen. (see Figure 1)

Follow the instructions below to modify your drawing views:

1. Right-click on the word Perspective in the largest view.
Select Views, then choose Top. This will display a Top view in the large window. (see Figure 2)

2. Select the Zoom Extents All icon in the lower-right corner of the screen. (see Figure 3)

3. Repeat this procedure to display a Perspective view in the upper-left viewport.
Select two points to put a window around all the objects in the top view to select them. They will all turn white when they are selected. Note that the walls are always white, whether they are selected or not, because they were left the default color in the original AutoCAD drawing. (see Figure 4)

4. Select the Arc Rotate Selected icon in the lower-right corner of the screen.

5. Select the center of the top view. (see Figure 5)

6. Move your mouse up and to the right to create a Perspective view. Note that moving the mouse down will make VIZ show you the model from underneath. (see Figure 6)

7. Right-click on the word Perspective and select Smooth + Highlight. (see Figure7)

8. Right-click to get rid of the arc rotate circle.

Tip: You will find that the icons in the lower-right corner of the screen will let you Zoom, Pan and perform other display operations. Move your mouse over any icon to see a tool tip describing the tool. Select the Help Mode icon and then any other icon to find out what that icon does. (see Figure 8)
